The golf club takes its name from a giant oak tree near the No. 1 green. The magnificent oak is over 300 years old and it’s one of the most striking features of the golf course.
The championship course includes bent grass greens as lovely tree-lined fairways. The course features 6,415 yards of lush terrain, with water features at six holes. You’ll also catch glimpses of natural wetlands as you make your way through the course. A 1,414-yard executive course is perfect for beginners or more advanced players.

Whittaker Woods Golf Club
Whittaker Woods Golf Club is just minutes away from the Indiana state line. This 18-hole championship golf course covers 7,072 yards of woodlands, wetlands, and ponds. Not for the faint of heart, this challenging course will test your skill in a number of terrains. The front nine is heavily wooded, with narrow greens and plenty of doglegs. The back nine is just as challenging with rolling terrain, large bunkers elevation changes, and water hazards.
Founded in 1996 by the O’Brien family, the Whittaker Woods Golf Club is one of Southern Michigan’s most stimulating golf courses.

Ravines Golf Club
Ravines Golf Club was designed by Arnold Palmer. The 18-hole, par 72 course takes advantage of the natural terrain, including rugged ravines and beautiful wetland areas that provide additional challenges. The unique landscape and stunning natural settings open onto immense vistas along the 7,070-yard course. The 9th hole presents a water challenge, while the 14th hole crosses over a stream. The final hole is just 488 yards, but the wetland terrain and tight finish make this a challenge for experienced golfers. Off the main course you’ll find a full driving range, two putting greens, and a short game practice area.

Woodlawn Golf Club
Woodlawn Golf Club is a remarkable course where you’ll find mixed terrain challenges. This includes water obstacles, rolling hills, and sand. Woodlawn Golf Club in Southern Michigan opened in 1956. It’s an 18-hole course with a traditional layout, making it somewhat shorter than modern golf courses. That doesn’t mean the course is easy.
Even experienced golfers are challenged by the severely sloped greens and strategically placed sand bunkers throughout the course. Water hazards encroach on several holes adding another challenge. The course is impeccably maintained with bent grass and tree-lined greens.

Brookwood Golf Course
Just north of the Indiana state line is the Brookwood Golf Course. Founded by Jo and Maxine Hess, the course first opened in 1965. In the early 1970s, the front nine holes were added, creating an 18-hole course. Then in 1992, PGA professionals George and Joe Thomas purchased the course, turning it into the memorable course it is today.
A unique, remodeled barn is an eye-catching clubhouse that pays tribute to the surrounding farmland. The Brookwood Golf course in Southern Michigan includes water hazards, well-maintained greens, and wooded areas.

Wolf Creek Golf Club features an 18-hole par 71 course that appeals to all players. Four sets of tees accommodate different skill levels, so you’ll enjoy a great game.
